“What's
your Fee?”

It sounds like a simple question,
but the truthful answer of
“It depends”
always sounds shifty...

Here’s the bottom line:

My Clients and I have always found a way to work within

the Budget Range earmarked for the Service Requested.

Satisfying Client expectations over the years varied widely:

  • Some have engaged me for 20 minutes and others for 20 half days on a single project.

  • Some projects required extensive research, design, and development and others were delivered “off the cuff” based on my 20+ years of individual and organizational development experience.

  • Some projects required 10 minutes of travel and others required 10 hours.

  • Some projects required half a dozen books, a vast array of supplies, and participant material for everyone involved and others required nothing but me.

As a result, developing a "one-fee-fits-all" structure has proven to be elusive.

But take heart, you and I have one very important thing in common: We both have a budget we must live within, and I always keep that in mind.  These are the typical Fees that make it possible for me to live within my budget:

  • Service Fees cover the Design, Development, & Delivery Costs,

  • Travel Fees cover Transportation, Food & Lodging Expenses, and
  • Material Fees cover Participant Materials & Supplies.

Of course, not every speaking engagement requires all of these and sometimes Clients combine them and take an “All Inclusive Budget Range” approach.  Either way, when you are ready to engage me as a speaker, simply complete the Book Eric for Your Event form, share your Budget Range(s), and we’ll work together to live within our budgets and create a magnificent experience.

I sincerely appreciate your interest and look forward to serving you!
