The Purpose of The Team Building Series is to give you a competitive advantage by equipping and empowering your Team Members to become a High Performance Team.

Some of the Topics addressed in this Series include…

  • Defining the Team’s Purpose: In seven words or fewer and with no word over two syllables, answer two basic questions for the entire Team: Why are we here as a Team?  What are we to do as a Team?

  • Defining the Purpose of each of the Team’s Positions: In seven words or fewer and with no word over two syllables, answer two basic questions for each Team Member: Why am I here?  What am I to do for the Team?

  • Identifying the Path Leading to the Purpose: Identify the Projects to be Managed and the supporting Processes to be Followed for each Position so the Team may fulfill its Purpose.

  • Monitoring Performance using Standards & Measures: Implement a healthy feedback system to help Team Members be aware of their contribution to the Team’s ability to fulfill its Purpose.

  • Maintaining Progress by establishing a Range of Consequence: Hold Team Members accountable for Performance so they meet the expectations of the Team and its Customers over time.
